The design is printed straight into the fabric with DTG ink rather than pressed on top, so it will not crack, peel or lift at the edges the way an iron-on does. Every piece is made to order and usually ships within 2 to 4 business days.

Everything is printed and shipped from inside the United States. Nothing crosses a border, so there are no customs charges, no import duties and no surprise fees when your parcel arrives.
Standard shipping is $4.99 and takes 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping is $9.99 and takes 1 to 3 business days. Shipping is free on orders over $75.
Ready-made designs usually ship within 2 to 4 business days. Personalized photo orders take 3 to 7 business days, because a person prepares your print file by hand before it goes to press.
During busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, production can take a little longer. Order by December 5 for standard delivery, or December 10 for express, to arrive before Christmas.
Every order ships with tracking.

Every piece is printed for one person after they order it. Nothing is mass produced and nothing sits in a warehouse.
Garments and fabric
- T-shirts: Gildan 64000 Softstyle, 4.5 oz ring-spun cotton, regular unisex fit with a narrow ribbed collar.
- Crewneck sweatshirts: Gildan SF000 Softstyle Midweight, brushed fleece inside, ribbed collar, cuffs and hem.
- Hoodies: Gildan SF500 Softstyle Midweight, lined hood, front pouch pocket.
- Zip hoodies: Gildan 18600, 50/50 cotton-poly blend, lined hood and split front pockets.
Sizes S to 2XL.
How it is printed
We print with DTG ink, which soaks into the fabric instead of sitting on top as a plastic layer. It will not crack, peel or lift at the edges the way an iron-on does. Wash inside out on cold and avoid a hot tumble dry and it will last.

Returns
Because each item is printed for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If the print is defective, the item arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong size or color, we replace it or refund you in full within 30 days, and we never ask you to pay return shipping when the fault is ours. You can cancel free of charge any time before we print.

Will the print match my photo exactly?
Very close. We prepare your print file by hand first, and fabric prints a little softer than a phone screen. If anything about your photo will not translate well, we tell you before we print it.
How long will my order take?
Ready-made designs usually ship within 2 to 4 business days. Personalized photo orders take 3 to 7 business days, then 3 to 5 for standard delivery.
