Shipping policy
Shipping
Where your order ships from
US orders are printed and shipped from inside the United States. Nothing crosses a border, so there are no customs charges, no import duties and no surprise fees at your door.
Production time
Every item is made to order. Ready-made designs are printed within 2 to 4 business days. For custom photo items we prepare your print file by hand from the photo you send, so allow 3 to 7 business days before your order leaves us.
Delivery time and cost
- Standard — $4.99. Arrives 3 to 5 business days after it ships.
- Express — $9.99. Arrives 1 to 3 business days after it ships.
- Free shipping on orders over $75.
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Halloween orders
To have your order by October 31, order ready-made designs by October 18 and custom photo items by October 14.
Christmas and holiday orders
Personalized gifts are busiest in November and December, and production times stretch. To be confident of delivery before Christmas, order by December 5 with standard shipping, or December 10 with express.
If your address is wrong
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incorrect, we will resend it once the new shipping cost is covered. Email info@kovalcustoms.com the moment you spot a mistake, and if we have not printed yet we can usually correct it.
