Koval Customs started in 2020 as a small embroidery studio with one idea: a shirt is a better gift when it carries someone you love. A child's drawing, a photo of the family dog, the face of the dad who says he does not need anything. Since then we have made thousands of personalized pieces for customers in Poland, and now we print for customers in the United States too.
A person prepares every order
We do not run your photo through a filter and hope for the best. A real person on our team prepares every print file by hand, cleans up the background and checks that the result will look good on fabric. If a photo is too small or too blurry to print well, we contact you before printing instead of shipping something disappointing.
Printed and shipped inside the USA
Every order for a US address is printed to order at our production partner's facility in the United States and shipped from there. Nothing crosses a border, so there are no customs charges, no import fees and no surprise costs at your door. Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after your order is printed, and every package ships with tracking.

- Your own design: send us any artwork, logo or text and we will print it.
Quality we stand behind
We print on soft, ring-spun cotton garments with direct-to-garment ink that goes into the fabric instead of sitting on top as a plastic layer, so it will not crack or peel with normal washing. If something is wrong with your order because of us, we reprint it or refund you. Simple as that.
