Terms of Service

Effective September 29, 2026. These terms apply to orders placed on kovalcustoms.com for delivery to the United States.

1. Who we are

This store is operated by Koval Customs, a sole proprietorship of Vladimir Baghdasaryan, ul. Marcina Kasprzaka 31a/100, 01-234 Warsaw, Poland (VAT ID PL5273017806). Email: info@kovalcustoms.com. Orders for US addresses are printed and shipped by our production partner in San Jose, California, USA.

2. Using the store

By placing an order or using this website you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate contact, billing and shipping details. We may refuse or cancel an order if the details are false, if we suspect fraud, or if the order breaks these terms.

3. Orders and contract

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract between you and us is formed when we send that confirmation. Please check your order carefully; once an item has gone to print it cannot be changed.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Any sales tax that applies to your order is calculated and shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details. Because your order is printed and shipped inside the United States, there are no customs charges or import duties.

5. Personalized items and your content

When you upload a photo, artwork or text for a custom item, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights (including copyright, trademark or the right of publicity) and is not unlawful, hateful or obscene. You give us permission to use the content only to prepare, print and deliver your order and to handle any support request about it. We may refuse to print content that we believe breaks this section, in which case we will refund you in full. We check every custom print file by hand; if a photo is too small or too blurry to print well, we will contact you before printing.

6. Production and delivery

Every item is made to order. Production times, shipping options, prices and holiday order deadlines are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel for a full refund before your order goes to print. Because each item is made for you, we do not accept returns for a change of mind or wrong size choice. If an item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.

8. Colors and product images

We try to show products as accurately as possible, but screens display colors differently and printed colors can vary slightly from the image. Product photos may include lifestyle scenes created to show how a design looks when worn.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, text, graphics and photos on this website that are not your own content belong to Koval Customs or its licensors. You may not copy, resell or reproduce our designs without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the right to wear and use that product, not the right to reproduce its design.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law and disputes

If something goes wrong, please email us first; most issues are solved within one business day. These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the state where you live. You may bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence where the law allows it.
