This Privacy Policy explains how Koval Customs ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit kovalcustoms.com, place an order or contact us. The store is run on Shopify. Information we collect

Contact and order details: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and the items you order.
Content you upload: photos, artwork, text and notes you send us for a custom item.
Payment information: processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card number.
Account information: if you create an account, your login details and preferences.
Communications: messages you send us by email, chat or social media.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and actions taken on the site, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To prepare, print, ship and support your order, including preparing your print file by hand.
To send order confirmations, shipping updates and replies to your questions.
To send marketing emails if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
To show you relevant ads on other websites and social media, and to measure how our ads perform.
To keep the store secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations.
To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Photos you upload

Photos and artwork for custom items are used only to make and support your order. They are shared with our production partner solely to print it. We do not use them in our marketing without your separate permission.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts the store and processes payments. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
Our production partner in the United States, which prints and ships your order.
Shipping carriers, to deliver your parcel.
Service providers for email, customer support, reviews and analytics.
Advertising partners such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to show and measure ads.
Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising partners may count as "selling" or "sharing" for targeted advertising under certain US state laws; you can opt out as described below.

We use cookies to run the store (for example, to remember your cart), to understand site usage and to support advertising. You can manage cookies through the cookie banner and your browser settings.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, including under the privacy laws of California and other US states, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will not treat you differently for using your rights. You may also use an authorized agent.

How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as we need it to fulfil and support your order and to meet tax and accounting requirements. Photos uploaded for custom items are deleted when they are no longer needed to support your order.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

International transfers

We are based in Poland and our service providers may process information in the United States, the European Union and other countries. Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Children

The store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
