Shipping & Delivery
Every order for a US address is printed to order and shipped from inside the United States. Nothing crosses a border, so there are no customs charges, no import fees and no surprise costs at delivery.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping: $4.99, 3 to 5 business days after your order ships.
- Express shipping: $9.99, 1 to 3 business days after your order ships.
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75.
Production time
Everything is made to order, so production time comes before shipping time.
- Ready-made designs: usually ship within 2 to 4 business days.
- Personalized photo orders: 3 to 7 business days, because a person prepares your print file by hand before it goes to press.
During busy periods such as Black Friday and the weeks before Christmas, production can take a little longer.
Holiday order deadlines
- Halloween: order ready-made designs by October 18 and personalized photo orders by October 14.
- Christmas: order by December 5 for standard delivery or December 10 for express.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us.
