Which sweatshirt color makes the design look best?
The pastel ghosts look best on a beige, cream or light gray sweatshirt, but a dark background also makes the colors pop.
How long does it take and when will my order arrive?

How do I choose my size?

How do I wash an embroidered sweatshirt?
Wash inside out in cold water (up to 86°F), without bleach. Don't tumble dry, and don't iron directly over the embroidery. Machine embroidery doesn't fade or crack, so your sweatshirt looks the same after many washes.
Can I return a personalized item?
Items made to your specifications (photo, text, date, custom design) can't be returned for a change of mind. If your item has a defect or an embroidery error, we'll remake it for free or give you a refund. Details: returns and refunds.

Embroidery
Embroidery is made on professional machines. Because of the fabric structure, embroidery lines may differ minimally from the design – that is a natural feature of embroidery which gives it its unique character.
Prints are made in high resolution with vivid colors. We print exactly what you see in the preview. We are responsible for the design and print quality; the quality of uploaded photos is the responsibility of the person ordering.

- T-shirts – 100% cotton, soft and durable.
- Crewneck sweatshirts – cotton-polyester fleece, soft brushed inside.
- Hoodies – cotton-polyester fleece, matching hood and front pocket.
Care
