How do I order a shirt with a childhood photo?
Choose the style (t-shirt, crewneck sweatshirt or hoodie), size and color, then upload a photo or a scan of the old picture in the order form. You can add a name, a year or a short line of text. You can add a preview before printing as a paid option.
My old photo is blurry. Is that a problem?
Scan it in the highest resolution possible, or photograph it flat in daylight, without glare. Minor damage and discoloration are fine, because we prepare the photo for print by hand. If the photo won't work, we will let you know before we start.
How long does it take and when will my order arrive?
Your order typically ships in 3–7 business days, and delivery within the US then takes about 3–5 business days. Free US shipping on orders over $75.
How do I choose a size?
Fits are unisex and slightly oversized. The surest way is to measure your favorite hoodie and compare it with the chart: size and color guide. Buying a gift and not sure of the size? Choose a Koval Customs gift card and let them pick.
How do I wash a printed shirt?
Wash inside out in cold water (up to 86°F / 30°C), without bleach. Do not tumble dry and do not iron directly over the print. The print is flexible and durable — with proper care it won't fade or crack.
Can I return a personalized product?
Items made to your specifications (photo, text, date, your own design) can't be returned for a change of mind. If your item is defective or there is a print error, we will reprint it or refund you free of charge. Details: returns and refunds.

Embroidery
Embroidery is made on professional machines. Because of the fabric structure, embroidery lines may differ minimally from the design – that is a natural feature of embroidery which gives it its unique character.
Prints are made in high resolution with vivid colors. We print your layout in high resolution; AI portraits are created from your photo after you order. We are responsible for the design and print quality; the quality of uploaded photos is the responsibility of the person ordering.

Yes for text and photo prints – we print your layout in high resolution, directly into the fabric (DTG). For AI portraits the preview shows the layout and a style example; the illustration is created from your photo after you order. The print quality depends on the quality of the photo you upload.
How long does it take?
Usually 3–7 business days of production, then 3–5 business days of shipping within the USA.
