How do I choose my size?

How do I wash an embroidered sweatshirt?

Wash inside out in cold water (up to 86°F), without bleach. Don't tumble dry, and don't iron directly over the embroidery. Machine embroidery doesn't fade or crack, so your sweatshirt looks the same after many washes.

Can I return a personalized item?

Items made to your specifications (photo, text, date, custom design) can't be returned for a change of mind. If your item has a defect or an embroidery error, we'll remake it for free or give you a refund. Details: returns and refunds.
