I use Google Analytics provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. I implement activities in this area based on
legitimate interest in creating statistics and analysing them in order to optimise the website.

To use Google Analytics, a special Google Analytics tracking code has been implemented in the website's code. The tracking code uses cookies from Google LLC for the Google Analytics service. You can block the Google Analytics tracking code at any time by installing browser add-on provided by Google.

Google Analytics automatically collects information about your use of the website. The information collected is typically transferred to and stored on Google servers, which may be located worldwide.

Due to activated IP anonymization, your IP address is shortened before being transmitted. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to Google servers and shortened there. The anonymized IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is generally not combined with other Google data.

I emphasize that within Google Analytics I only have access to Anonymous Information.

Google Analytics and Google Analytics 360 have been certified by the independent ISO 27001 security standard. ISO 27001 is one of the most widely recognized standards in the world and certifies that systems supporting Google Analytics and Google Analytics 360 meet the relevant requirements.

Hotjar – details

I use Hotjar to better understand your needs and optimize the website for your experience, which is my legitimate interest. This tool is provided by a third party, Hotjar Limited, Level 2, St Julian's Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julian's STJ 1000, Malta.

Hotjar records every website visitor and allows for video playback of their activity on the site, as well as the generation of heat maps. As part of the Hotjar tool, I do not have access to information that allows for your identification, as Hotjar does not record the form-filling process. The information I have access to within Hotjar includes, in particular:

  • information about the operating system and web browser you are using,
  • the subpages you view within the website,
  • time spent on the website and its subpages,
  • transitions between individual subpages within the website,
  • the source from which you access the website,
  • places where you click with the mouse.

In order to use Hotjar, a special Hotjar tracking code has been implemented in the website code. The tracking code uses cookies from Hotjar Limited. Collected as part of
Cookie information is stored by Hotjar as part of a pseudonymous user profile. Neither Hotjar nor I use this information to identify you.

Google Ads – details

I use the remarketing features available through Google AdWords, operated by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. I do this based on my legitimate interest in marketing my own products or services.

When you visit my website, a Google remarketing cookie is automatically left on your device, which collects information about your
activity on the website. Thanks to the information collected in this way, I can display ads to you within the Google Network based on your behavior on the website. For example, if you view a product, this information will be recorded by a remarketing cookie, which will allow me to target you with an ad for that product or any other ad we deem appropriate. This ad will be displayed to you within the Google Network when you use the internet, browse other websites, etc.

I emphasize that when using Google Ads, I only use Anonymous Information.

Using Google AdWords, I can only define the audiences I want my ads to reach. Based on this, Google makes decisions,
when and how it will present the ad to you.

Further processing of the information only takes place if you have consented to Google linking your browsing history to your account and using information from your Google account to personalize the ads you see on websites. In this case, Google will use your data to create and define target group lists for cross-device remarketing purposes. Facebook Custom Audiences – details

As part of the Facebook Ads advertising system provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, I use the Custom Audiences feature to deliver targeted advertising messages to specific user groups. I do this based on my legitimate interest in marketing my own products or services.

In order to target you with personalized advertisements based on your behavior on the website, Facebook Pixel has been implemented within the website, which automatically collects information about your use of the website.The information collected in this way is most often transferred to Facebook servers, which may be located all over the world, in particular in the United States of America (USA).

The information collected by Facebook Pixel is anonymous, meaning it doesn't allow me to identify you. Depending on your activity on the site, you may reach specific audiences, but I don't identify the individual members of those groups in any way.

Facebook Pixel can track and record m.inthe following behaviors of yours:

  • displaying the content of a specific page,
  • proceeding to the checkout within the store,
  • finalizing the purchase within the store,
  • completing a specific form, e.g. subscribing to a newsletter.

However, I would like to inform you that Facebook may combine the information collected with other information about you collected as part of your use of Facebook and use it for
own purposes, including marketing. Such Facebook activities are no longer dependent on me, and you can find information about them directly in privacy policy Facebook. You can also manage your privacy settings from your Facebook account. Here you will find useful information in this regard.

Facebook Connect and other social plugins – details

My website uses plugins, buttons and other social media tools, hereinafter collectively referred to as "plugins", provided by social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIN, and Twitter.

When you view a website containing a social media plugin, your browser sends information about your visit to the social media provider. Because the plugin is a part of the social media site embedded in the website, your browser sends a request to download the social media site's content onto the website.

Plugins collect certain information about you, such as your user ID, the website you are visiting, the date and time, and other information about your web browser.

Social media administrators use some of this information to personalize your experience on my page. For example, when you visit a page with a "Like" button, the social media administrator needs to know who you are to show you which of your friends also like my page.

I have no real influence on how the information collected by plugins is subsequently used by social media administrators. Social media plugins collect and transmit information to the administrators of those sites even when you browse my site without being logged in to your social media account. However, in such cases, your browser sends a more limited set of information.

If you have logged in to one of the social networking sites, the site administrator will be able to directly assign your visit to my website to your profile in
a given social networking site.

If you don't want social media sites to associate data collected during your visit to my website directly with your profile on that site, you must log out of that site before visiting the site. You can also completely prevent plugins from loading on the site by using appropriate extensions for your site.
