Please double-check the spelling – we embroider exactly what you type.

How long can the text be?

Anything from a single word to a few lines of song lyrics. Embroidery goes on the center or left chest (up to about 4x4 in), so short text and a few words look best; you can also add initials on the sleeve or wrist.

How long does it take and when will my order arrive?

Your order ships in 3–7 business days, and US delivery usually takes about 3–5 business days. Free US shipping on orders over $75.

How do I choose my size?

Fits are unisex and slightly oversized. The easiest way is to measure your favorite sweatshirt and compare it with our chart: size guide and colors. Buying a gift and not sure of the size? Choose a Koval Customs gift card and let them pick.

How do I wash an embroidered sweatshirt?

Wash inside out in cold water (up to 86°F), without bleach. Don't tumble dry, and don't iron directly over the embroidery. Machine embroidery doesn't fade or crack, so your sweatshirt looks the same after many washes.

Can I return a personalized item?

Items made to your specifications (photo, text, date, custom design) can't be returned for a change of mind.
